OKUL ÖNCESİ EĞİTİMDE AİLE KATILIMININ ÖĞRETMEN MOTİVASYONU ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİ İLE İLGİLİ ÖĞRETMEN GÖRÜŞLERİ: ANKARA İLİ SİNCAN İLÇESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Özet

Bu araştırmada eğitimde aile katılımının okul öncesi dönemde öğretmen motivasyonuna etkisini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Tesadüfi örnekleme metoduyla belirlenen 10 okul öncesi öğretmenine araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan ve 4 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanarak araştırmanın verileri toplanmıştır. Veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş ve ulaşılan sonuçlar alan yazın çerçevesinde tartışılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda tespit edilen problemlere yönelik bazı öneriler getirilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar şöyledir: Aile katılımında velilerin maksadı aşan eleştirilerde bulunması öğretmen motivasyonunu olumsuz etkilemektedir. Ailenin okul faaliyetlerine gönüllü katılımı; öğrenci için gereken ders araç gereçlerini zamanında temin etmesi ve öğretmen ile iş birliği kurması öğretmen motivasyonunu olumlu etkilemektedir.

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of family participation in education on teacher motivation in preschool period. The data of the study were collected by applying a semi-structured interview form consisting of 4 questions prepared by the researcher to 10 preschool teachers determined by the random sampling method. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method and the results obtained were discussed within the framework of the literature. As a result of the research, some suggestions have been made for the problems identified.. The results obtained from the research are as follows: The fact that parents make criticisms that exceed the purpose in family participation negatively affects teacher motivation. Voluntary participation of the family in school activities; timely provision of the necessary tools for the student and cooperation with the teacher positively affect the motivation of the teacher.
