Özet
Toplumsallaşma ilk ailede başlar. Hayata gözlerini açan bir bebek ilk olarak anne ve babası ile daha sonra yakın çevresi ile tanışır. Özellikle anne ve babanın yaşamın bu yeni üyesine karşı maddi ve manevi olarak birçok görevi bulunmaktadır. Anne ve baba bu görevleri çocuğun anne karnında oluşmaya başladığı ilk günlerden itibaren, hükmen kabul etmiş demektir. Anne ve baba olası bir durumda bu görevlerden istemeyerek (ölüm, boşanma vb.) ya da feragat ederse, çocuk ekonomik, psikolojik ve sosyal ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması yönünden olumsuz etkilenecektir. Çocuğun yaşadığı bu eksiklik hayatındaki birçok alanda (okul başarısı, değer oluşturma vb.) da etkisini gösterecektir. Artık bu noktadan sonra parçalanmış aile çocuğu olarak nitelendireceğimiz bu çocukların özellikle okul kültürüne uyumu ve okul başarısı yönünden yaşadığı problemleri konu edinen bu çalışma, ailenin eğitim üzerindeki etkisine dikkat çekmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Araştırmada kullanılan yöntem nitel araştırma deseni olup nicel verilerden de yararlanılmıştır, veriler sınıfında parçalanmış aile çocukları olan 50 sınıf öğretmeninin uzman görüşleri alınması ile elde edilmiştir.
Araştırma neticesinde elde edilen bulgular değerlendirildiğinde parçalanmış aile durumuna sahip olan çocukların okul başarılarının cinsiyetlerine göre değişmediği görülmüştür. Araştırmada parçalanmış aile durumuna göre (ölüm ve boşanma) hangi gruptaki çocukların daha çok etkilendiğini açıklayabilecek veriye rastlanmamıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre parçalanmış aile çocukların okulda davranış problemleri gösterdiği görülmüş ancak okul kültürüne etkisinin ne olduğu hakkında kesin sonuçlara ulaşılmamıştır. Parçalanmış aile çocuklarının okul başarılarının incelenmesinde ise bu çocukların okul başarılarının genel olarak orta-düşük seviyede olduğu görülmüştür

Abstract
Socialization begins in the first family. A baby who opens his eyes to life first meets his parents and then his immediate surroundings. In particular, parents have many financial and moral duties towards this new member of life. It means that the parents have accepted these duties by default from the first days when the child begins to form in the mother's womb. If the mother and father unwillingly (death, divorce, etc.) or renounced these duties in a possible situation, the child will be adversely affected in terms of meeting his economic, psychological and social needs. This deficiency experienced by the child will have an impact on many areas of his life (school success, value creation, etc.). This study, which deals with the problems experienced by these children, which we will describe as the children of a broken family from now on, especially in terms of adaptation to school culture and school success, has been prepared in order to draw attention to the effect of the family on education.
The method used in the research was a qualitative research design and quantitative data were also used, and the data were obtained by taking the expert opinions of 50 classroom teachers who had broken family children in their classrooms.
When the findings obtained as a result of the research were evaluated, it was seen that the school success of the children with a broken family situation did not change according to their gender. In the study, there was no data that could explain which group of children were affected more according to the broken family situation (death and divorce). According to the results of the research, it was seen that the children of broken families showed behavior problems at school, but no definite conclusions were reached about the effect on the school culture. In the examination of the school success of the children of broken families, it was observed that the school success of these children was generally at a medium-low level.
