Özet
Meslek lisesi yöneticilerinin yönetim süreçlerine göre okul yönetme becerilerinin öğretmen görüşleriyle ortaya konulması amacıyla yürütülen araştırma, tarama modeli ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde Ordu ili Fatsa ilçesindeki meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada herhangi bir örneklem yöntemi kullanılmayıp araştırma anketine cevap veren 157 öğretmenin tümü dahil edilmiştir. Çevrimiçi anket formu yoluyla toplanan veriler herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmadan SPSS 22 analiz programına yüklenerek analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmek üzere varyans katsayısı, çarpıklık (skewness) ve basıklık (kurtosis), normallik testi analiz sonuçları ve histogram ile detrended normal q-q plot tablosu incelenmiş ve verilerin normal dağılım göstermemesinin tespiti zerine non-parametrik testler kullanılarak veriler yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma bulguları incelendiğinde, araştırmaya katılım gösteren meslek lisesinde çalışan öğretmenlere göre meslek lisesi yöneticilerinin okul yönetme becerileri ve alt boyutlarının “Çoğu zaman/Yüksek” düzeyinde olduğu ve öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem, branş (örgütleme alt boyutu hariç) ve aynı yönetici ile çalışma süresine göre meslek lisesi yöneticilerinin ölçek genelinde ve alt boyutlarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılaşma oluşmadığı ancak branş değişkenine göre örgütleme alt boyutunda kültür öğretmenleri lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılaşma oluştuğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The research, which was carried out in order to reveal the school management skills of vocational high school administrators according to the management processes, was carried out with the survey model. The study group of the research consists of teachers working in vocational high schools in Fatsa district of Ordu province in the 2021-2022 academic year. No sampling method was used in the study, and all 157 teachers who answered the research questionnaire were included. The data collected through the online survey form were analyzed by loading into the SPSS 22 analysis program without any changes. The coefficient of variance, skewness and kurtosis, test of normality analysis results and the detrended normal q-q plot table with histogram were examined to determine whether the data showed normal distribution, and the data were interpreted using non-parametric tests to determine whether the data did not show normal distribution. When the research findings are examined, according to the teachers working in the vocational high school who participated in the study, the skills and sub-dimensions of vocational high school managers are "Often/High"; it was concluded that there was no statistically significant differentiation between the teachers' gender, vocational seniority and the working time with the same manager, but there was statistically significant differentiation in the interest of cultural teachers in the organization sub-size according to the branch variable.
