Özet
Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin gözünden görev yaptıkları okul yöneticilerinin inovatif okul liderliği davranışlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın evreni Ünye ilçesinde bulunan resmi ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerden meydana gelmektedir. Çalışma kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve 167 öğretmenin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Akyürek ve Karabay (2022) tarafından geliştirilen 28 madde ve tek boyuttan meydana gelen İnovatif Okul Liderliği Ölçeği araştırmacı tarafından gerekli izinler alınarak kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerden toplanan verinin standart normal ile uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür ve katılımcı öğretmenlere göre görev yaptıkları okul yöneticilerinin inovatif okul liderliği düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Demografik değişkenlere göre farklılaşmaların incelenmesinde t testi ve varyans analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sürecinde gerçekleştirilen analizlere göre katılımcı öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, öğrenim durumu ve mesleki kıdem değişkenlerine göre okul yöneticilerinin inovatif okul liderliği düzeylerinin anlamlı bir farklılaşma gösterdiği bulgusu elde edilmiştir fakat okul türü değişkenine bağlı anlamlı bir farklılaşma olmadığı görülmüştür. Erkek katılımcılara göre okul yöneticilerinin inovatif okul liderliği düzeyleri kadın katılımcılardan daha yüksek olduğu, yüksek lisans düzeyinde öğrenime sahip olan öğretmenlere göre okul yöneticilerinin inovatif okul liderliği düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu ayrıca 0-5 yıl arası mesleki kıdeme sahip olan öğretmenlere göre inovatif okul liderliği düzeylerinin diğer tüm mesleki kıdem gruplarından düşük olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to examine the innovative school leadership behaviors of the school administrators they work with from the eyes of the teachers. The universe of the study consists of teachers working in official primary, secondary and high schools in Ünye district. The study used easily accessible sampling method and was carried out with the participation of 167 teachers. As a data collection tool in the research, the Innovative School Leadership Scale, which consists of 28 items and one dimension, developed by Akyürek and Karabay (2022), was used by the researcher after obtaining necessary permissions. It was seen that the data collected from the teachers participating in the study were compatible with the standard normal, and it was found that the innovative school leadership levels of the school administrators they worked for were high according to the participating teachers. T-test and analysis of variance methods were used to analyze the differences according to demographic variables. According to the analyzes carried out during the research process, it was found that the innovative school leadership levels of the school administrators showed a significant difference according to the variables of gender, educational status and professional seniority of the participating teachers, but it was observed that there was no significant differentiation depending on the school type variable. According to the male participants, the innovative school leadership levels of the school administrators are higher than the female participants, the innovative school leadership levels of the school administrators are higher than the teachers with graduate education, and the innovative school leadership levels are higher than the teachers with 0-5 years of professional seniority. It was found that it was lower than the professional seniority groups.
