Özet
Özel eğitim ihtiyacı olan öğrencilerin bağımsız yaşam becerileri kazanabilmeleri ve öğrenme gereksinimlerinin karşılanması özel eğitim okullarında görevli öğretmenlerin mesleki yeterliklere sahip olmaları ile birlikte mesleki bağlılıkları ile ilişkilidir. Bu bağlamada öğretmenlerin mesleğini severek yerine getirmeleri oldukça önemli bir faktördür. Öğretmenlerin mesleki bağlılıklarının tersine yaşayacakları mesleki tükenmişlik, eğitimden beklenen ölçüde fayda görülememesine yol açacaktır. Bu araştırmada, özel eğitim okullarında görevli öğretmenlerin mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerinin bazı değişkenler altında incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçevede araştırma 2021 2022 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde, Eskişehir ilinde özel eğitim okullarında görevli öğretmenler ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma verileri örnekleme dahil edilen 228 öğretmenden toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri-Eğitimci Formu’ndan yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde t-testi ve ANOVA testleri kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonrasında, özel eğitim okulunda görevli öğretmenlerin “Duygusal tükenme”, “Duyarsızlaşma” ve “Kişisel başarı” boyutlarının tümünde yüksek düzeyde mesleki tükenmişliğe sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca özel eğitim okullarında görevli öğretmenlerin mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerinin, cinsiyet, medeni durum, mesleki kıdem, alınan ücret, meslektaş ve aile desteği gibi faktörlere bağlı olarak farklılaşmadığı saptanmıştır.

Abstract
The ability of students in need of special education to gain independent living skills and meet learning requirements is related to vocational engagement with the teachers in private education schools. In this context, it is a very important factor for teachers to enjoy their profession. The professional exhaustion that teachers will experience in contrast to their professional commitment will result in the lack of benefit from education as expected. In this study, the levels of occupational exhaustion of teachers in private education schools are examined under some variables. In this context, the research was conducted within 2021 2022 academic years with teachers in private education schools in Eskişehir province. Research data is collected from 228 teachers including sampling. The data collection has been taken advantage of the Maslach consumed Inventory - Training Form. T-test and ANOVA tests were used in the analysis of the data. After the analysis, it was concluded that teachers in the private education school had high levels of occupational exhaustion in all the dimensions of “emotional exhaustion”, “insensitive” and “personal success”. In addition, the occupational exhaustion levels of the teachers in private education schools, gender, marital status, vocational seniority, paid fee, it has been determined that it is not differentiated due to factors such as peer and family support.
