Özet
İnsan, Yüce Yaratıcıya kulluk için yaratılmıştır. Yaratıcıya kulluk, O’na bağlılık, O’nunla irtibatlı olarak ve O’nun ölçüleri doğrultusunda yaşamaktır. Bu kutlu amaç doğrultusunda insan hem maddî hem manevî yönden en güzel biçimde ve donanımlı olarak yaratılmıştır. Toplumdaki güzel davranışlar vahiyle takdir edilmiş ve bu davranışların toplum genelinde yaygınlaşması istenmiştir. Bu da Kur’ân’ın bir toplumu inşâ ederken dine uygun yönlerinin devamına müsaade etmesine ve geliştirmesine dönük yönünü oluşturmaktadır.
Bu çalışmada Kur’ân toplumu nasıl inşâ etmiştir, bu inşâ sürecinde hangi metot, ilke ve yöntemleri kullanmıştır, toplumu inşa ederken nasıl bir yol izlenmesi gerektiği, konu ile ilgili olarak Kur’ânî metotların neler olduğu konularına değinilmiştir. Bunun için öncelikle vahiy öncesi Mekke toplumunun dinî, ticarî, coğrafî, kültürel-sosyal ve ahlakî yaşam tarzı incelenmiş, akabinde Mekke/Medine toplumunun bireysel ve toplumsal inşası ele alınmış, Mekkî/Medenî sûreler çerçevesinde bireylerin/Müslümanların insan profili ve kişilik özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Hakikati kabul etmeyen toplumun yerine başka toplumun gelmesi, Kur’ân’ın inşâ ettiği toplumun itikadî, amelî, kültürel, ekonomik ve siyasi özellikleri ve Kur’ân toplumu ile cahiliyye toplumu mukayesesi yapılmıştır.

Abstract
Man was created to serve the Supreme Creator. Worshiping the Creator, devotion to Him, living in connection with Him and in accordance with His standards. In line with this blessed purpose, man has been created in the most beautiful and equipped way, both materially and spiritually. The good behaviors in the society were appreciated by revelation and it was requested that these behaviors become widespread throughout the society. This is the aspect of the Qur'an that allows the continuation and development of its religious aspects while building a society.
In this study, how the Qur'an built the society, which methods, principles and methods were used in this construction process, what kind of way should be followed while building the society, and what the Qur'anic methods are in relation to the subject are mentioned. For this, first of all, the religious, commercial, geographical, cultural-social and moral lifestyle of the Meccan society before the revelation was examined, then the individual and social construction of the Mecca / Medina society was discussed, and the human profile and personality traits of individuals / Muslims within the framework of Meccan / Civilized surahs. The society that does not accept the truth is replaced by another society, the creed, practical, cultural, economic and political characteristics of the society built by the Qur’an and the society of the Qur’an and the society of ignorance are compared.
