Özet
This article deals with conflicts as a phenomenon in international relations: an analytical study of variables, by creating a reliable framework for understanding the increasing complexities of conflicts in recent decades. Where force imposes its logic on the curves of international relations and has many forms due to its complex nature; In what can be considered dual roles and reciprocal interactions, and to understand the dimensions, manifestations and nature of the actors in the power equation, especially the emergence of tensions and conflicts between the interests of the major countries and the emerging powers in the world in light of the new strategic orientations after the Cold War and each party's attempt to dominate areas of influence and wealth based on a pragmatic geopolitical policy. The study aims to understand and analyze the conflict and its nature, including what is due to the multiplicity of dimensions and the overlapping of causes and sources on the one hand, in addition to the intertwining of their interactions and effects on the other hand, as well as their varying levels and how to manage and solve them. Radical concepts and foundations led to the emergence of new approaches in order to build a perception and models to understand and explain the interconnectedness and interaction of variables.
