Özet
International migration (and illegal migration in particular) is the product of economic problems, where economic motives are the main causes of migration.. There is no doubt that this is due to the low economic situation in the countries exporting migrants, which are witnessing deficiencies in development processes, lack of job opportunities, and low wages. The phenomenon of illegal immigration has taken serious dimensions after the emergence of organized crime networks among illegal immigrants, and it can be said that the main causes of immigration problems are mainly due to the different levels of development between different countries of the world and between different regions within one country, because the level of prosperity and progress of developed countries Tempts immigrants from poor and less developed countries to legal and illegal immigration. Iraq witnessed waves of immigration after 2003 between the unstable conditions (security, political, economic and social) that faced that period. The invasion of the US forces and the emigration of most of the leaders, officials and those associated with the state from traders and investors, followed by the emigration of 2005-2008, where most Iraqis migrated significantly to neighboring countries to escape From the deteriorating security situation, sectarian threats, and organized crime that targeted Iraqi talent The political and security instability was directly reflected in the deterioration of the economic and social situation in Iraq, especially after the demobilization of the former Iraqi army and military manufacturing companies, and the absence of alternative plans for this segment, which contributed to an increase in the unemployment rate in Iraq, forcing the emigration of large numbers of smart minds to emigrate outside the country. Iraq witnessed waves of immigration after 2003 between the unstable conditions (security, political, economic and social) that faced that period.
