Özet
The research aims to explore the effect of using immediate feedback in developing the skills of sending from the top and the field from the field In volleyball . The researcher adopted the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of the research, and the research sample consisted of (22) female players in the Acad Sports Club School in Erbil governorate for the season (2019-2020). The sample was divided into two groups of equal numbers , (10) players per group ,one of them is control and the other is experimental. Homogeneity between research groups(length, age and mass) and parity was achieved in (the skills of serving from the top and defending the stadium). The researcher relied on the interview and the questionnaire , and Art Performance Calendar Form, being one of the tools and means to gather information to reach research goals , and put development of the educational curriculum by using immediate feedback was implemented by the experimental group, and the educational program followed in the club that was implemented by For the control group, the two curricula consist of (32) educational units with (16) educational units, each group distributed over (8) weeks, with (2) two educational units for each group per week, and the duration of each unit is (90) minutes, which is the original time for the training unit. Starting the implementation of the two educational curricula on the two research groups, starting from Sunday (6/9/2020), and their implementation was completed on Monday (10/26/2020) and for Sundays and Mondays) every week.
