Özet
The commercial streets of Baghdad witnessed, during the periods that followed the American occupation of Iraq in 2003, a clear decline in its efficiency as a result of the lack of periodic maintenance in addition to the continuous drilling operations for the purpose of supplying sanitation networks and cables for internet services as well as the random import of vehicles by exhibitions and private companies As this came without government control, all of these things led to a low level of efficiency of commercial streets in the city of Baghdad, from that the problem of research emerged in the question of the extent of spatial variation in the efficiency of commercial streets to revive the study area and the role of statistical treatments in revealing the impact of the variables used in The study in measuring the efficiency of those streets, as a result of these problems resulted in the study hypothesis that crystallized in the presence of a spatial variation in the degree of efficiency of the commercial streets for the neighborhoods of Al-Mansour and Al-Ghadeer municipality, as well as the contribution of statistical analysis in revealing the extent of the difference in the efficiency of the streets of the study area through analysis The variables of the study. As for the aim of the study, it crystallized in revealing the importance of statistical analysis and statistical treatment in setting some planning indicators to address problems. For those streets, the research concluded with findings and recommendations.
