Özet
This article aims to monitor the achievements of cognitive psychology in the field of learning, and to reveal its most important applications and extensions in the learning-teaching process, highlighting the relationship between development and learning, and showing how the transition from learning and development processes to knowledge acquisition processes, and revealed the relationship between intelligence and learning.
It aims to answer the following questions: How was the transition from the educational paradigm to the learning paradigm? What are the most important contributions of cognitive psychology in the field of learning? What is the nature of the relationship between development and learning, is it addiction or an independent relationship? Is intelligence subject to learning and development?

Abstract
