الملخص
إن من المسائل المستجدة في الزكاة ما يتعلق في الشركات المساهمة التى يتمثل رأس مالها فى صورة أسهم متماثلة، وقد اختلف فيها الفقهاء المعاصرون اختلافًا بينًا، وفي هذا البحث عرض لأهم مسائل زكاة الأسهم كوجوبها ونصابها ومعدلها والمكلف بأدائها وغيرها، مع محاولة إحصاء الأقوال في كل مسألة مع الأدلة، والمناقشة والترجيح بينها وفق أدلة علمية شرعية دقيقة.

Abstract

One of the new issues in Zakat is related to the shareholding companies whose capital is in the form of identical shares. Modern scholars had very different opinions regarding this issue. This research shows the most important issues of shares Zakat, such as the necessity, amount Percentage and who’s responsibly to pay it, etc. By trying to count the quotes of each, issue with evidences, discussion, choosing the best one according to scientific accurate evidences.
