Abstract


EXAMINATION OF SHARED LEADERSHIP LEVELS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN TERMS OF VARIOUS DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS
The research was conducted to determine the shared leadership level perception of primary school administrators from the perspective of teachers in the context of teachers' demographic characteristics. In the descriptive survey model of quantitative research, it was carried out with the participation of 144 primary school teachers selected according to the random sampling method in the official primary schools of Altındağ district of Ankara. As a data collection tool, the "personal information form" created to obtain the demographic data of the teachers and the "shared leadership scale in school organizations" were used to determine the shared leadership level. In the research, it was concluded that the shared leadership level of the school administrators was high with all sub-dimensions, and the perception of the shared leadership level of the primary school administrators did not make any difference according to the variables of teachers' gender, professional seniority, branch, and education level.
