Abstract


DETERMINATION OF TECHNOSTRES LEVEL OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS
The research, which was conducted to determine the level of preschool teachers’ technostress experience and whether they differ according to some demographic factors, was designed according to the survey model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The universe of the study consists of 267 preschool teachers working in official institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Altındağ district of Ankara province in the 2021-2022 academic year, while the sample consists of 131 preschool teachers who participated and answered the online survey. Personal information form and “Teachers’ Technostress Levels Scale” developed by Çoklar, Efilti, and Şahin (2017) were used in the study. It was concluded that the distribution of the data showed a normal distribution, and due to this situation, descriptive analysis was performed using parametric tests such as t-test in two-factor analyzes and ANOVA test in analyzes with more than two factors, and the findings were interpreted. Based on the findings of the research, it was found that the preschool teachers’ technostress level was “moderate”; It was concluded that there was no statistically significant difference according to gender, marital status, education level, age and professional seniority factor. Based on the results of the research, suggestions were made to practitioners and researchers.
