Abstract


REVIEW OF VOCATIONAL DEPLETION LEVELS OF TEACHERS IN PRIVATE EDUCATION SCHOOLS BASED ON SOME VARIABLES
The ability of students in need of special education to gain independent living skills and meet learning requirements is related to vocational engagement with the teachers in private education schools. In this context, it is a very important factor for teachers to enjoy their profession. The professional exhaustion that teachers will experience in contrast to their professional commitment will result in the lack of benefit from education as expected. In this study, the levels of occupational exhaustion of teachers in private education schools are examined under some variables. In this context, the research was conducted within 2021 2022 academic years with teachers in private education schools in Eskişehir province. Research data is collected from 228 teachers including sampling. The data collection has been taken advantage of the Maslach consumed Inventory - Training Form. T-test and ANOVA tests were used in the analysis of the data. After the analysis, it was concluded that teachers in the private education school had high levels of occupational exhaustion in all the dimensions of “emotional exhaustion”, “insensitive” and “personal success”. In addition, the occupational exhaustion levels of the teachers in private education schools, gender, marital status, vocational seniority, paid fee, it has been determined that it is not differentiated due to factors such as peer and family support.
