Abstract


EXAMINATION OF THE ELEMENTS THAT LEAD TO VOCATIONAL EXHAUSTION AND OCCUPATIONAL EXHAUSTION IN PROGRAMMING: A COLLECTION STUDY
Teaching is an area with individual and social responsibility, especially to address the learning needs of students, beyond being a profession. The fulfillment of these responsibilities and tasks expected of teachers depends on the happiness and professional satisfaction of teachers. In this context, the occupational exhaustion of teachers is an undesirable condition. The determination of factors that lead to occupational exhaustion and the elimination of these immortality in teachers requires a holistic approach beyond individual effort. This study, intended to examine the factors that lead to vocational exhaustion and occupational exhaustion in teachers, was carried out by the qualitative research method document analysis technique. The data collection resources of the research are studies conducted in the framework of the professional exhaustion of teachers, aimed and verifying examples of the accessible study universe. The data obtained from the studies was analyzed by the document review technique. The factors that lead to vocational exhaustion in teachers are evaluated under two topics as personal factors and organizational factors. In the title of personal factors, gender, vocational seniority, marital status, education levels of teachers and teachers' branches have led to occupational exhaustion, while organizational factors have been found to be the attitude of the school administration, number of students in classrooms and pay factors leading to occupational exhaustion in teachers.
