Abstract


THE EFFECTS OF INVESTIGATIONS ON THE GROUP DYNAMICS AND MOTIVATION BETWEEN SCHOOL HEADS AND TEACHERS
The purpose of this research is to reveal the effects of making examinations and investigations by school principals on group dynamics and motivation between school principals and teachers, according to the opinions of principals who were given an investigation order. The universe of the research consists of school principals and teachers working in the province of Van in the 2020-2021 academic year, and the study group consists of 9 school principals who took the task of examining and investigating and voluntarily participated in our research. The research is a qualitative research consisting of 5 semi-structured questions. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that the examination and investigation duties assigned to school principals affect the group dynamics between school principals and teachers negatively in general terms, that school principals experience problems in fulfilling their primary duties, and that they cause loss of respect between school principals and teachers.
