Abstract


THE EFFECT OF USING THE SELF-TABLE STRATEGY ((K-W-L) ON LEARNING SOME BASIC FOOTBALL SKILLS FOR SECOND INTERMEDIATE STUDENTS
This research included five chapters as follows: The first chapter deals with teaching methods and methods in light of the educational systems used to achieve effective teaching and the available educational aids according to the educational technology perspective, which led to workers in the field of physical education, as the importance of research lies in the use of the self-scheduling strategy (KWL in learning). Some basic football skills for second intermediate students. As for the research problem, the researcher mentioned that students are accustomed to the method of listening and indoctrinating the vocabulary, and that student may gain a degree of knowledge and information. Because of its focus on the cognitive aspects as well as the extent of its reflection on the skill side, the researcher found it necessary to advance teaching methods to reach students to a better level of learning, and for the purpose of knowing the impact of these multiple teaching methods in order to reach better learning. As for the third chapter, the researcher used the experimental method on a sample of students of Karrada Intermediate School for Boys, as their number reached (20) students represented by an experimental group and a control group. As for Chapter Four, the results were presented and discussed through the use of a number of statistical methods. As for Chapter Five, some conclusions related to the research were drawn. The researcher recommended some recommendations related to developing the teaching of football skills.
