Abstract


CHANGE IN THE STAFF STRUCTURE OF MEDIA INSTITUTIONS IN INDUSTRY 4.0 PROCESS
Industry 4.0 was introduced for the first time in 2011 at the Hannover Fair in Germany. Industry 4.0 refers to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the last link in the development process that began in the late 18th century with the First Industrial Revolution. In the period from Industry 1.0 to Industry 4.0, radical changes were experienced in all sectors, especially in industry. Although Industry 4.0 is a concept that has only been spoken for over a decade, it has had wide repercussions in many countries. Nowadays, in the developed countries, especially in the European countries and the USA, intensive and comprehensive studies are carried out on Industry 4.0. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is expected to bring about economic, political and social changes in all societies in the near future. Industry 4.0 is expected to promote structural change and transformation in many different sectors from production to cognition, from education to communication. In this study, it is aimed to discuss the possible changes in the personnel structures of media organizations in the Industry 4.0 process. First, a general evaluation was made for the media organizations and the existing personnel structure of the media organizations was examined. Then the concept of Industry 4.0 is defined and its scope is discussed. In the last section, assessments and predictions about the possible effects of Industry 4.0 on the personnel structure of media organizations are given. In this study, literature review and editing methods are used together.
