Abstract
ASSESSMENTOF VARIOUS PROBLEMS OF MUNICIPAL POLICE DEPARTMENT: THE CASE OF KÜÇÜKÇEKMECE
Law-enforcement officersare anindispensable factor about public order and to get tranquility at general society in Turkey. Municipal police work as a particular security force at municipality which is constitutional public body and local government unit. Municipal police work for getting tranquility and soundness during twenty-four(24) hours in the city. While Municipal police who is principal public official, functions his or her duty on the grounds of laws, decisions that were made by municipal council and assigned positions. Municipal police personnel has various problems like personal benefits problems, registration problems and arising from doing legislation problems while functions his or her duty.like.other.occupational.groups.
