Abstract


PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND CHILDREN'S SEXUAL ABUSE VIA THE INTERNET
Technological developments and the discovery of the Internet increased the speed of information and transportation; information is easy to obtain, cheaper and accelerated. It has become so close that the information is globalized and reach a touch of a button. These developments have made our era an information and communication age. All these developments have changed all known habits and lifestyles. Social change has diversified its expectations and desires from public administration. In addition to the social benefits of technological change, it has become a threat to its security. Because the personal information shared with the internet is spreading rapidly and destroying personal privacy. It is inevitable that children, who use technological innovations and the internet better and more than adults, face the damages of the internet as well as their benefits. Both families and the community are particularly uncomfortable with the increase of sexual assaults on the internet, especially for children and expects the public administration to take the necessary measures and make legal arrangements. Public administration should take multiple measures for sexual assaults against children through the Internet. They need to make technological investments in this field, to train experienced and well-equipped personnel, and to ensure social awareness and awareness. In particular, it is obliged to ensure that the education, health, law, social security and law enforcement units work in a coordinated manner. In this process, the provision of social support is also necessary to carry out a successful study. No work without social support can be successful. The purpose of this article is; The aim of the course is to examine the obligations and activities of the public administration, which is responsible for solving the social problems and the needs of the public, in the process of sexual abuse and its prevention, which is a serious social problem against children over the internet.
