THE DEGREE OF PRACTICING OF MANAGEMENT PROCESS ENGINEERING AND GOVERNANCE OVER EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP WITH CONTEMPORARY DEVELOPMENTS IN THE PALESTINIAN GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS IN NABLUS FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF MANAGERS
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing of management process engineering and governance over educational leadership with contemporary developments in the Palestinian government schools in nablus from the viewpoint of managers, and to identify the extent of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the responses of the members of the study sample due to variables (the gender, age, experience, and scientific qualification) in determining the degree of practicing of management process engineering and governance over educational leadership, and to achieve it, the researchers used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire consisting of 23 paragraphs was developed as a tool to apply to a sample of 100 managers, and it tried to answer the main study question.The study reached the following results: the degree of practicing of management process engineering and governance over educational leadership with contemporary developments was 84% with a very high degree, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the study variables (gender, age, and experience), with differences attributable to the variable (academic qualification), the study recommends disseminating the culture of management process engineering in schools and the adoption of governance as a reference for administrative processes to bring about a qualitative development in educational leadership, and to select leaders of educational qualifications master and higher because they know the strategies of management process engineering and governance implementation.
