THE DISCIPLINARY SYSTEM FOR FACULTY MEMBERS A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF IRAQI LAW AND THE EGYPTIAN
That the existence of a disciplinary system regulates the relationship between the administration and teaching ،whether it is in the government or private sector and this system is one of the pillars of the foundations of these educational institutions ،
which ensures stability and achieve its goals and aspirations.
And that the adoption of a disciplinary system for any institution or administrative entity is not intended to desire to discipline the employees insofar as it is intended to ensure the work of this institution regularly and systematically and disciplined violators and those who fail the appropriate penalty for the size of the offense they commit.
And that the concept of disciplinary system ،which includes all employees in the private sector and employees in the government sector ،but there are some special systems that include some categories of functional because of the nature of their own work and the type of violations that can be committed as well as what the penalty that can be imposed on them and will look at this research which The first part dealt with the concept of disciplinary violation committed by members of the teaching staff in universities in addition to a statement of what the members mean the teaching bodies covered by this law ،the second section was allocated to light the competent authorities to impose this type Sanctions ،whether employees in the private sector or the public address with no types and nature of the disciplinary sanctions imposed on them and compare it with other types of sanctions.
