EXPLOITATION OF THE WAKFS REAL ESTATE DIRECTED FOR INVESTMENT – CONDITIONS AND METHODS
The Algerian state endeavors to provide impetus to the real estate investment in order to back up the public treasury, through the valuation and development of endowment real estate properties according to the desire of the endowing party and in line with the objectives of the Islamic Sharia and the applicable laws and legislations in one hand, and on the other hand to open this domain to private entities and even to foreigners according to the investment rule 51/49 to invest in such properties and to attract capita according to law No. 09-16 dated August 03rd 2016 related with investment promotion, as well as the executive decree No. 213-18 dated August 20th 2018 fixing the conditions and modalities to use endowment real estate properties intended for the achievement of investment projects.
