THE SUN RISES FROM THE EAST: THE AHİLİK SYSTEM AS A GUIDE TO NOWADAYS ORGANİZATIONS
This study was carried out with the aim of examining whether there is a meaningful relation between the principles and practices of the Ahilik organization established in Anatolia about 1000 years ago and the reflections of today's organizations. Hierarchical structuring, professional ethics, organizational culture, solidarity and solidarity at the social level, professionalism, leadership, organizational communication, quality standards, producer-consumer associations, which are constantly present in organizational successes, , Empowerment of the employees, value given to the woman at the social level, merit system. By considering these concepts in the perspective of the Ahilik Organization, the aim of the study is to gain new perspectives on how the Ahilik Organization can be a guide and guide to contemporary organizations.
