Abstract
MINORITY POLITICS IN THE SINGLE PARTY PERIOD AND ASSET TAX
The current system in Turkey between 1938 and 1950 was based on single party power. II which affects the whole world. World War brought Turkey to be influenced in many ways and tried to reduce these troubles to a minimum level with some measures applied during İsmet İnönü period. The measures taken and the steps taken in the name of consolidation of the national state model have led to criticism from time to time, while the enacted laws against non-Muslim elements have led to the idea that an anti-minority policy is being followed.
At the end of World War II, the developments that took place in world order, the economic crisis and the ideas of extreme nationalism coming from Europe since 1930s will affect the minorities living in Turkey and Turkey, this will prepare the end of the single party power, will speed up the transition to the system.
