Abstract
INVESTIGATION OF THE WORKS OF MAHMUT TIBET IN THE CONTEXT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
In this article, the works of caricaturist Mahmut Tibet have been examined and evaluated mainly in the context of organizational culture by taking into consideration the main issues that have been covered in his boks. Tibet has dealt with behavior patterns that have emerged in organizations with hierarchical structures that are largely based on autocratic management. Relations between the organizations' individual relationships at the individual level and the relationships between the groups they belong to are reflected in the works of the artist. Artist’s behavioral patterns conveyed to the squares tahat abuot daily life and intuitive approaches have been evaluated in this article from the point of view of organizational culture. In this article, which is structured as a qualitative research, the drawings and narratives of Tibet's books have been explained by Charles Handy on the theoretical basis conceptualized as "role culture". In addition to Handy, it was also exploited by Geert Hofstede's Theory of Composition Dimensions and the explanatory mechanisms and concepts used by other authors.
