Abstract
A STUDY TOWARDS DETERMINING INFORMATION LEVEL OF CUSTOMERS TAKING SERVICE FROM CONVENIENCE FOOD COMPANIES IN THE CITY OF KAHRAMANMARAŞ ABOUT CONVENIENCE FOOD SECTOR
This study was performed to determine the opinions and information level of customers taking service from the convenience food companies in the city of Kahramanmaraş about convenience food industry. The study consists of the customers working in four different establishments in the city centre two of which are private. A face to face survey was carried out with 300 customers in total. SPSS program was used in order to obtain the survey results and complementary statistics, means and frequency tables were utilized in the analysis of the data. It was found out that there is significant change in the results obtained from the hypothesis. It was recognized that %40 of the customers had no information about the company, % 45 had little information and %15 had enough.
