Abstract
A COMPARISON OF TURKEY AND TURKİ STATES RELATED TO FEMALE EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT
This study aims to compare related to female education and employment are subject to data acquired by examining effects of female education’ to development of states worldwide. Gender disparity is a issue which is discussed in various platforms and doesn't lose its actuality Begining from 1990s Turki States have experienced big changes in the fields of economic, social and cultural. To increase of female education degree is presented as a component upgrading economical potential of states. Not only does provide female education their personal development, but also it positively influences their families, future of their families, next generations and the society including them. As a result in the end of this study was confirmed once again that education obtains more advantages to female in comparison with men in Turkey and Turki States according as all around the world. Also to provide gender parity in education is a component impressing positively to economic development of states. All those findings indicate that there is a connection between female education degree and development of states as economical.
