Abstract
EXAMINATION OF POSTGRADUATE THESES AND ARTICLES ABOUT THE EMOTIONAL LABOR IN EDUCATION
This study aimed to examine postgraduate theses and articles written on emotional labor in education through identified variables. In the study, 21 postgraduate theses were obtained from the Higher Education Council Thesis Center, and 9 articles were found via Google Scholar and analyzed. When the theses and articles written on emotional labor in education between 2010-2024 were examined, it was observed that the most studies were conducted in 2019. Furthermore, the samples of theses and articles generally consisted of teachers. The researches were mostly preferred quantitative methods. Despite the studies on emotional labor in education, it can be said that more research is needed.
