Abstract
ANALYZING THE ARTICLES ON PEDAGOGICAL LEADERSHIP IN EDUCATION: 2010-2024
This study aims to analyze the academic studies on pedagogical leadership in education between 2010 and 2024. The study analyzes the distribution of articles published on pedagogical leadership in education according to years, countries, topics, research methods, research models, sample selection and data collection tools. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods and document analysis techniques. The findings show the growing academic interest and diversity in pedagogical leadership. The results of the study emphasize the importance of the role of pedagogical leadership in educational systems and provide guidance for educational leaders and policy makers to make strategic decisions on improving quality in education and enhancing learning environments.
