Abstract
ÖĞRETMENLERİN ALGILANAN ÖRGÜTSEL SAPMA DÜZEYLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ
This research was conducted using a quantitative research method with a survey design to examine teachers' perceived levels of organizational deviance. A total of 271 teachers voluntarily participated in the study during the 2023-2024 academic year in Narlıdere, İzmir. In the data collection process, a personal information form prepared by the researcher and the Perceived Organizational Deviance Scale developed by Türkkaş Anasız and Iliman Püsküllüoğlu (2018), consisting of 4 sub-dimensions and 26 items, were used. The data collected from the participant teachers were analyzed using appropriate quantitative analysis methods. The findings of the research indicated that teachers' perceived levels of organizational deviance were at a moderate level, with low and moderate levels for the sub-dimensions. While there was a statistically significant difference in the perceived levels of organizational deviance of the participating teachers based on variables such as professional seniority, school type, and branch, there were no significant differences based on gender, educational status, and marital status.
