Abstract
ORTA DOĞU'NUN SİMÜLASYONU: BAUDRİLLARD'IN GÖZÜYLE GERÇEKLİK VE SEMBOLLER
This article, using Baudrillard's intellectual framework, examines the complexity of the Middle East, delving into simulation theory, semiotics, and the role of media. Initially, the fundamental theories of Baudrillard and the socio-political context of the Middle East are introduced. Subsequently, the focus is on how media and symbols in the Middle East influence the perception of reality. The article elucidates how Baudrillard interprets events in the Middle East and discusses how semiotics explains cultural dynamics in this region. In the conclusion, it summarizes the contributions of Baudrillard's theories to understanding and analyzing the Middle East and provides recommendations for future research.
