The findings of the study revealed that there was a difference between the readiness levels of students who received and did not receive pre-school education, and that pre-school education positively affected the readiness level. As a result of the examination of teachers' opinions, it was stated that the cognitive, social-emotional, language, psychomotor and self-care skills of the students who received pre-school education were more developed among the students studying in the first grade of primary school compared to the students who did not receive pre-school education.
