Abstract
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN CONTEXT OF RELATION BETWEEN RELIGION AND STATE
Relation between United States of America and Turkish Republic has interaction in both political and social issues. It can be seen that this interaction increased very fast for the late years. Education is one of the main area of this interaction and effects of it on religious education worth attention especially in context of religious pluralism. Though importance of the situation, it’s hard to say possibility to find enough studies on the subject. From this point of view, we’ll examine educational system of USA, place of religious education in the system considering Islamic Religious Education.
