Abstract
EXAMINATION OF SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SKILLS ACCORDING TO THE MANAGEMENT PROCESS OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS
The research, which was carried out in order to reveal the school management skills of vocational high school administrators according to the management processes, was carried out with the survey model. The study group of the research consists of teachers working in vocational high schools in Fatsa district of Ordu province in the 2021-2022 academic year. No sampling method was used in the study, and all 157 teachers who answered the research questionnaire were included. The data collected through the online survey form were analyzed by loading into the SPSS 22 analysis program without any changes. The coefficient of variance, skewness and kurtosis, test of normality analysis results and the detrended normal q-q plot table with histogram were examined to determine whether the data showed normal distribution, and the data were interpreted using non-parametric tests to determine whether the data did not show normal distribution. When the research findings are examined, according to the teachers working in the vocational high school who participated in the study, the skills and sub-dimensions of vocational high school managers are "Often/High"; it was concluded that there was no statistically significant differentiation between the teachers' gender, vocational seniority and the working time with the same manager, but there was statistically significant differentiation in the interest of cultural teachers in the organization sub-size according to the branch variable.
