In this study, it was aimed to determine the professional professionalism perceptions of primary school principals. The research, which was carried out in the descriptive survey model of quantitative research, was carried out with the participation of 56 school principals who were selected according to the easily accessible sampling method, working in the official primary schools of Ordu province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The data collection tool consists of two parts. In the first part, there is the personal information form prepared by the researcher, and in the second part there is the "Vocational Professionalism of School Principals Scale (OMMPÖ)" developed by Yazıcı and Akyol (2021). The data obtained through the data collection form and the internet were analyzed with the statistical analysis program. It has been concluded that the professional professionalism level of the school principals is very high and the professional professionalism perceptions of the primary school principals do not cause any differentiation according to the gender, age and marital status variables of the principals. Another result of the research is that there is a significant difference between the principals with 0-5 years of seniority and the school principals with 16 years or more of managerial seniority, in favor of primary school principals with 16 years and more seniority. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for practitioners and researchers were presented.
