Abstract
THE QUR’AN'S ATTITUDE TO OLD SOCIETIES IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTING SOCIETY
Man was created to serve the Supreme Creator. Worshiping the Creator, devotion to Him, living in connection with Him and in accordance with His standards. In line with this blessed purpose, man has been created in the most beautiful and equipped way, both materially and spiritually. The good behaviors in the society were appreciated by revelation and it was requested that these behaviors become widespread throughout the society. This is the aspect of the Qur'an that allows the continuation and development of its religious aspects while building a society.
In this study, how the Qur'an built the society, which methods, principles and methods were used in this construction process, what kind of way should be followed while building the society, and what the Qur'anic methods are in relation to the subject are mentioned. For this, first of all, the religious, commercial, geographical, cultural-social and moral lifestyle of the Meccan society before the revelation was examined, then the individual and social construction of the Mecca / Medina society was discussed, and the human profile and personality traits of individuals / Muslims within the framework of Meccan / Civilized surahs. The society that does not accept the truth is replaced by another society, the creed, practical, cultural, economic and political characteristics of the society built by the Qur’an and the society of the Qur’an and the society of ignorance are compared.
