Abstract
BULLYING AMONG HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions related to the diverse variables of bullying, of the students in high schools (school type and bullying type) and to determine whether bullying changes according to gender or not. This study is applied to students studying in high schools in Hendek, Sakarya (Turkey). The participants of this application are chosen from high school students in Hendek according to the survey model which is carried out. The sample of the research purposes is determined by sampling method and consist 230 high school students from Hendek, Sakarya. The collected data were transferred to SPSS and mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation relative, t-test, analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA) and multiple comparisons 'Tukey' and the statistical analysis tests were performed. According to the results, there is a significant relationship between school type and gender, and bullying. Bullying types which are employed and exposed has a significant difference between school type and gender.
