Abstract
MOTİVASYON FAKTÖRLERİNİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİLİMİNE ETKİSİNİN PLANLANMIŞ DAVRANIŞ TEORİSİ BAĞLAMINDA İNCELENMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA
The aim of this research is to examine the effect of motivation factors on entrepreneurship tendency in context of Planned Behavior Theory. The universe of the research is Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Biga Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The sample of the research consists of 314 students studying in the departments of Business Administration and Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in this faculty in the 2019-2020 academic year. As a result of the findings; while need for achievement, need for power and need for attachment did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurship tendency; it has been observed that need for cognition and economic needs have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship tendency. When the effect of motivational factors on entrepreneurial tendency is evaluated in the context of Planned Behavior Theory; It has been seen that personal attitude is affected by the need for cognition and economic needs. However, perceived behavioral control was found to be influenced by the need for achievement, the need for cognition, and economic needs. It has been determined that the subjective norm is not affected by any motivation factor. On the other hand; while it was observed that personal attitude and perceived behavioral control had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial tendency; there was no significant effect of subjective norm on entrepreneurship tendency.
