Abstract
EĞİTİM YÖNETİCİLERİNİN TEKNOLOJİ LİDERLİĞİ YETERİKLERİ İLE ÖĞRETMENLERİN EĞİTİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ KULLANIM DÜZEYLERİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ
In the current period, the ability of individuals to meet their needs can be said to be largely related to the technology information they have, because many of the services that individuals need are offered through technology and technology-related applications. In recent periods, the use of educational technologies has become widespread within the educational system, especially in the context of information generation and transfer. This has made it necessary for teachers and administrators, who are actors of the educational system, to have technological competencies and to use them effectively. This research, which examined the relationship between the technology leadership competencies of education administrators and the level of use of educational technologies by teachers, was conducted using the screening model as a quantitative research. The universe of this research is 18 official primary and secondary schools in the Narlıdere District of Izmir in the 2020-2021 academic year, while the sample of the research is 180 teachers working in these schools. In the research, the Attitude Scale towards the Use of Technology in Education and the Technology Leadership Competence Questionnaire of Education Administrators According to Teachers' Views were used as data collection tools. In the study, a significant relationship was found between the perception level of teachers' technology leadership competencies towards school administrators and the level of teachers' attitudes towards their use of educational technologies.
