Abstract
EFFECTIVE TEACHING SKILLS THAT MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE TEACHERS OF COLLEGES OF EDUCATION FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF STUDENTS OF MORNING STUDIES
The sampi of this paper is taken from female student in college of Education for women in aliraqi a univer sitx. This sample has been selected from different departments of the fore mentioned college of the morning studies specifically (70) female students from (6) department the tool of the research the researcher has prepared a questionnaire of teaching staff's active skills amounted (18) skills and sub-skills (56) after being presented to a number of experts in teaching methods, measurement and valuation based on the validity of the paragraphs. Their opinions were about the validity of the paragraphs and its domains. They agreed about all paragraphs that could be used for the research purposes. The researcher has extracted the external reliability as to make sure of the main skills distribution on the main domains; he verified the test reliability by re-test method and he found that the main coefficient was (85.0) The researchers has used statistical means of pearson correlation coefficient, weighted, and weighted percent. The major finding that the researcher came out with is that the research must posseses effective teaching skills. The researcher also to examine the must conducted to examine the level of mastering effective teaching for the teaches of colleges of education. The program my of development and corlinouy teaching intey universities in clued teaching staff skills that discovered by the current research.
