Abstract
EASTERN TURKISTAN POLICY OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA UNDER THE SCOPE OF PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION
Human rights are protected by papers of international law. Despite the developments at the text, violations of rights in various parts of the world are ignored due to both political and economic reasons. Today in East Turkistan, a systematic genocide and assimilation policy is pursued by concentration camps, compulsory abortion practices, prohibitions of worship, bans on the education in mother tongue, bans on the protection of written and oral cultural heritage. Although China is responsible from policies implemented, this responsibility has not yet been met with effective sanctions by the international community. The purpose of the study; It is to demonstrate that the policies which the People's Republic of China has been operating in the region impair the prohibition of discrimination and fundamental human rights unacceptably, and the violations at issue result in the People's Republic of China to be responsible not only to Uighurs, but also to all humanity.
