Abstract
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN THE CONTEXT OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT AND THE LABOR MARKET - A FIELD STUDY OF A SAMPLE OF ALGERIAN PUBLIC ENTERPRISES
The study aimed to identify human resource management systems
in its seven dimensions, represented by: Planning, selection and
appointment, performance appraisal, motivation, wages and
training. This is in light of the technological development and the
labor market of some Algerian public institutions located in the
province of Batna, and in order to achieve the goal of the study, 63
questionnaires were distributed among the study sample
individuals, where 58 questionnaires were retrieved, and after
studying them in various statistical methods, and after conducting
the analysis Descriptive of the study and testing hypotheses The
study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the
advanced human resource management systems that keep pace with
modern technology and the labor market in Algerian public
institutions, and on the light of which the recommendation was made
to establish regular training programs for all workers to qualify them
to use technology that enables them to keep pace with the changes
that affect Labor market.
