Abstract
METHODS AND TECHNIQUES OF ISLAMIC FINANCING FOR THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN ALGERIA - A CASE STUDY OF AL BARAKA BANK - A MODEL
This intervention aims to highlight the concept of Islamic real estate financing, in accordance with the rules of Islamic Sharia, as well as the most important formulas adopted in this field, with reference to the methods adopted by Al Baraka Islamic Bank for Real Estate Finance, and this study has found that real estate financing methods depend on many The methods, including what is economic and what is cooperative, and with regard to Al Baraka Bank, it attaches great importance to this aspect of the financing because of its economic and social dimensions, and thus always seeks to propose halal financing methods without usurious interest, such as the formula of lease financing, the lease described in edema, Istisna, Murabaha, but the net rate of return remains in these formulas, as well as the activity of this institution under a usurious system that raises many questions that must be reconsidered and reviewed.
