Abstract
THE LEGAL SYSTEM FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF ENERGY SOURCES
The international community cared about the human environment in its various sectors, and this was evident through international conference held to protect the environment, and the development of mechanisms for international cooperation in the face of the dangers facing them. Through the conclusion of a number of international environment agreements, the international community was able to establish and operationalize international principles governing environmental protection and to draw up a global environmental policy in this field. which is necessary to ensure the sustainability of the environment, which is the seventh of the Millennium Development Goals, in order to achieve sustainability development patterns, including the sustainability of energy sources, and the preservation of productive capacity of the environment system, to serve future generation. The delivery of energy services, especially, for the poor, contributes to achieving the Millennium Development Goals Without energy, economic cannot grow and the number of poor be reduced. We consider energy an important (required)input in all sectors of the economy. There is no doubt that the continuation of international efforts will contribute to achieving effective protection of the human environment as the vital area for its various aspects of its activities, and that its protection is every ones duty and responsibility.
