Abstract
WRİTİNG PROBLEMS AT THE A1 LEVEL URDU SPEAKİNG STUDENTS FACE İN TEACHİNG TURKİSH AS A FOREİGN LANGUAGE: A SAMPLE OF ERSEM
In recent years it has been observed that there is an increase in quality and quantity of the studies of teaching Turkish as a foreign language. At the same time, teaching Turkish which is our culture code and carrier, with the best and correct methods at home and abroad is very important to make our country more understandable in the world. In order to do that, it can be said that there is a need for, developing teaching Turkish language sets and syllabuses better than the present ones, along with educating more qualified instructors and specifying the language mistakes and also the various difficulties that the students from other nations has, in a more detailed way.It is intented to identify the writing problems the students who are native speakers of Urdu face and to develop solutions for them. In this research document analysis technique has been used. In order to access the data of the research, the writing exam papers of native speakers of Urdu who has been educated at Kayseri ERSEM were evaluated by the instructors and also the field experts. At the end of the study: we emphasized on the spelling mistakes which these students made and the solution suggestions to these identified mistakes were tried to be developed taking into consideration the similar studies in this field.
