Abstract
THE WISDOM OF INTRODUCING LORDSHIP ON DIVINITY IN THE QUR'AN; IN THE EXAMPLE OF THE “ISHAD VERSE”
In the Qur'an, Allah informs that the purpose of man is "to be a caliph on earth" and that his duty is "to worship Allah". Allah said about the purpose of man; “I will create a vicegerent on earth”. He also said about the mission: “I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me.”
We see that many suras, especially Fatiha, were introduced from the beginning and the same situation was repeated in the ishad. We can say that this situation has resulted in the same way in Nass.
The following question comes to mind: Why didn’t Allah describe his person as a god? Yet at the end of the Qur'an, divinity is defined.
In this study, we will explore the meanings of the concept of the Lord in the Qur'an, in the dictionaries and in the views of the scholars until we achieve the desired wisdom.
