Abstract
DISCRIMINATION IN LABOR MARKET
Discrimination is a phenomenon that has been on the agenda of humanity throughout history. Discrimination in terms of discrimination is expressed as an equal and unfair assessment of individuals on the basis of religion, language, race, gender, ethnic origin, political thought, although there is no significant difference between them. Discrimination related to the concepts of prejudice, exclusion, justice and equality is one of the most common problems in the labor market from past to present. Considering discrimination in work life, it can be divided into types of ethnicity (race), religion (beliefs), disability, age, gender, sexual orientation and minorities. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to examine the problem of discrimination experienced in the labor market by the legal framework and to raise awareness about the problems experienced by those who are discriminated.
