Abstract
THE NEW INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC COMPETITION AREA IN THE NEOLIBERAL AGE IN THE CONTEXT OF CONSERVATIVE POLICIES: THE US-CHINA STRUGGLE
Since the end of the 20th century, with the expansion of neoliberal globalization dominance field liberal economic policies have become the most important tool of welfare and prosperity in the whole world. Led by international capitalist organizations which have been established under the leadership of developed countries, underdeveloped and developing countries were forced to adopt policies that would strengthen the rules of functioning of the markets. In order to remove the barriers from labor, capital and trade, via deregulations it has become an increasingly common view day by day that interventionist perspectives must be isolated from economic policies. By the 21st century, the shifting of dominance of the world economy from Atlantic and Europe to Asia as well as mainly in China miraculous achievements of Asian countries such as South Korea, India, Taiwan, Singapore and other countries were different from neoliberal approaches lead to increased the doubts about neoliberal globalization. Since 2010, China has presented a successful example of the quest for integration into the market under the leadership of the state behind the rise of the world economy and the fact that it is seen as the most important competitor of the US in the global economy has accelerated new searches in the world economy. The most recent example of these searches is represented by Donald Trump who was elected President of the US in 2016, puts protectionist policies into practice by asserting that China has provided unfair competition through exchange manipulations. This mutual interaction has led to the opening of a new competitive field in the world economy. Therefore, China's adoption of new neomercantilist practices with low exchange rate policy and counter cyclical opposite policy which moved by United States to the liberalization tendencies in the neoliberal global era has led to the evolution of the course of the world economy.
Based on these developments in this study, it is tried to reveal the dynamics of search for economic power and its political economy between USA which is which is the most liberal country in the world and China which successfully integrated the socialist economic structure to market mentality.
